This  module  introduces the techniques to perform  formatted  input/output  operations  from standard devices using member functions of stream classes and using manipulators. In previous module, we learnt text I/O using operators  (insertion, extraction)and  member  functions (put, get, getline)without specifying  format.
When  format is not specified, it uses default  values  for formatting. Formatting is the process of transforming a byte sequence into a human – readable character sequence.
The  objective  of  this  module  is  to learn  formatting data as  per  need  of  the  users.
We  will  also  study details about errors in input/output operations.
